Working Together

Just Insights offers strategy, research and evaluation services to help organisations embed their vision of social justice across their work.

We support purpose-driven organisations to centre social justice — not as a fixed ideal, but as a living, evolving practice — exploring how their values, systems, and context shape the work they do and the impact they have.

We work with changemakers who want to examine their work holistically, review the possibilities open to them, and align their strategies and activities with their vision and purpose.

We don’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, we listen closely to the needs of each organisation, working with them to explore the challenges and opportunities they face.

We do this through three interconnected strands of work:

  • Strategy

We help organisations define what social justice means in their context and develop clear, values-driven strategies that respond to the needs of the communities they serve.

  • Research

We help organisations gather, critically assess and interpret information, providing research and analysis to support ongoing work and inform decision making.

  • Evaluation

We help organisations assess the alignment between their intentions, actions, and impact. We support them to reflect and adapt their approaches accordingly.

How We Work

We’ll start with an initial meeting to hear about your organisation, talk through your ideas and ambitions, and any areas or issues you’d like to focus on. This helps us understand your context and what you hope to achieve.

From there, we’ll work together to design a tailored approach — whether that’s focused on strategy development, research, evaluation, or a combination — that’s aligned with your needs and resources.

Throughout, we work alongside you, adapting our approach as needed, offering insights and support to help you navigate complexity and explore the options available to you.

Our aim is to create space for meaningful dialogue and learning, helping you develop tools and practices that reflect your principles and aspirations.
